On the cPanel  server if RVSiteBuilder  is not working and when you try to access it from cPanel it shows the below error.

PEAR cannot create directory. current directory is not permitted./var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/www/userdata/user
It seems an error has occured, the page you are trying to reach is not accessible. There are 2 solutions.
1. Cache is broken. Click here to auto fix the issue.
2. RVSiteBuilder installation is not completed successfully. Please contact your hosting provider to force update it using this command.
perl /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autoinstaller.cgi –force

Login to the WHM as root user and access RVSiteBuilder Manager under plugins and click on update RVSiteBuilder  this shall resolve the issue. If the issue still persists may be the server is not allowing RVSiteBuilder to setuid on /var

So now we can try to move the rvsitebuilder folder from /var to /usr . To do so you may follow these instructions.

mkdir /usr/rvsitebuilder/
cd /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder
mv /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/rvbin /usr/rvsitebuilder/
ln -s /usr/rvsitebuilder/rvbin
